ZCF系列對(duì)流式脫墨浮選機(jī)/ ZCF Series Convection Deinking Flotation Machine
原 理 :
漿料由漿泵進(jìn)入漿料分配總管,均勻高速地進(jìn)入多個(gè)文丘里管式漿氣混合器,在文丘里管縮頸處借負(fù)壓自動(dòng)吸入空氣,與空氣混合后的紙漿沿切線方向進(jìn)入下部小直徑的圓柱形浮選室進(jìn)行第一次浮選;紙漿沿螺旋線上升到達(dá)頂端后向外溢流,氣泡吸附油墨粒子上浮到表面形成油墨泡沫被真空吸墨裝置吸走。與油墨分離的漿料下流到容器的外槽,并導(dǎo)入液位箱,以使?jié){面與泡沫抽吸管保持一定距離。液位箱中的漿料在泵出過(guò)程中一部份經(jīng)文丘里漿器混合器由外槽中部切入,與內(nèi)筒頂端翻下的良漿混合進(jìn)行二次浮選,二次氣泡吸附的油墨粒子也上升到漿面上的泡沫層被吸走。良漿旋至外槽的底部流出。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
ZCF系列對(duì)流式脫墨浮選槽由上大下小兩級(jí)園柱組成浮選槽,若干個(gè)漿料分配缸和文丘里混合器,吸墨裝置與墨渣分離器、液位控制器組成。
ZCF系列對(duì)流脫墨浮選槽一般由2-4臺(tái)串聯(lián)組成使用。
漿料在浮選槽中高速噴射,旋流上升,溢流下降二次浮選。處理漿料濃度為0.8-1.0%。處理后白度高,四臺(tái)串聯(lián)使用漿料白度值可提高5-7°ISO。該設(shè)備脫墨效果好,動(dòng)力消耗較低,占地面積小,操作方便可靠。
抽吸式負(fù)壓吸墨及氣液分離對(duì)浮選油墨吸附干凈,纖維流失少,墨渣分離聚集,便于處理。污水含油墨少,利于污水處理。
Working principle:
Pumped into the stock distribution main pipe, the pulp flows into several
Venturi tube type pulp air mixers uniformly in high speed, and then inhales air
automatically into the venturi tube with effect of the negative pressure. Mixed
with the air, pulp enters cylindrical flotation chamber with small diameter in
bottom in tangent direction for the first flotation; The pulp rises along the
helix direction to the top and then overflows, the bubble attaches the ink
particles and float onto the surface to form the ink foam and sucked away by
vacuum ink absorption device. The stock which separated from the ink flows down
to the outer tank of the vessel and be guided into the liquid level tank so that
the stock surface is keep distance from the foam suction pipe. During the
process of the stock pumped outside the liquid level box, part of the stock into
the outer tank through the venturi pulp air mixer, then mixing with the accepts
at the top of the inner tube to carry out the second flotation, the ink
particles absorbed by the secondary bubble rise to the foam layer on the pulp
surface then be sucked away. The accepts rotates to the bottom of the outer tank
then flow outside.
Design Features:
ZCF series convection deinking flotation cell consists of the flotation cell
which is made of two cylindrical sections(the big one on the top and the small
one on the bottom), numbers of stock distributing cylinder and Venturi mixer,
ink absorbing device, ink residue separating device and liquid level
controller.
It is usually to use 2-4 convection flotation cells together and the 2-4
cells need to be used in series.
