ZDS系列S型水力碎漿機/ ZDS Series Hydrapulper With S-type Rotor
用 途 ：
S
型轉(zhuǎn)子是專為粉碎濕強紙和其它難碎解廢紙而設計的，同時，這種轉(zhuǎn)子又是專門為碎漿機能在中濃度，低能耗的情況下運轉(zhuǎn)而設計的。碎漿的濃度范圍可以在3%-8%之間變化，這取決于原料以及碎漿機是連續(xù)工作或間歇工作。
結構特點:
S型水力碎漿機為立式，其功能是由一個S型的轉(zhuǎn)子在碎漿機槽體中轉(zhuǎn)動，槽體底部帶有篩板，良漿通過篩板連續(xù)出料。 轉(zhuǎn)子的動力由皮帶和電機帶動。
Application:
The S-type pulper is designed to beat the high strengthen waste paper into
pulp with medium consistency and lower power consumption.
The consistency ( with range of 3-8%) shall be subject to input raw
material and operation method of pulper in continuously or batch.
Design Features:
The S-type pulper is designed in vertical structure. Impeller driven by
belt and motor rotates in the vat; accepts flow through continuously the screen
plate in the bottom of vat.
